Year End 2009    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has decreased by 3.7 percent compared to Year End 2008. In 2009 the average cost of a home sold was $147,296 compared to $152,946 in 2008. Statewide, 44,897 homes were sold in 2009. This is 4.6 percent less than the number of homes sold in  2008 in which 47,081 homes were sold. The average Days on Market was 112, and the average Median Price was $105,790.
