Statewide Housing Statistics
1st Quarter 2008    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has increased by nearly four percent compared to the first quarter of 2007. In the first quarter of 2008 the average cost of a home sold was $141,768 compared to $136,682 in the first quarter of 2007. Statewide, 10,147 homes were sold in the first quarter of 2008. This is 12.4 percent less than the number of homes sold in the first quarter of 2007 in which 11,581 homes were sold in the state.
