Statewide Housing Statistics
2nd Quarter 2008    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has decreased by 0.2 percent compared to the second quarter of 2007. In the second quarter of 2008 the average cost of a home sold was $150,559 compared to $150,865 in the second quarter of 2007. Statewide, 13,626 homes were sold in the second quarter of 2008. This is 17.3 percent less than the number of homes sold in the second quarter of 2007 in which 16,473 homes were sold in the state.
