Statewide Housing Statistics
1st Quarter 2009    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has decreased by 2.9 percent compared to the first quarter of 2008. In the first quarter of 2009 the average cost of a home sold was $137,695 compared to $141,768 in the first quarter of 2008. Statewide, 8,410 homes were sold in the first quarter of 2009. This is 17.1 percent less than the number of homes sold in the first quarter of 2008 in which 10,147 homes were sold. The average Days on Market was 116 and the average Median Price was $101,353.
