3rd Quarter 2009    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has decreased by 5.2 percent compared to Third Quarter 2008. In Third Quarter 2009 the average cost of a home sold was $151,359 compared to $159,618 in 2008. Statewide, 13,037 homes were sold in Third Quarter 2009. This is nearly 6 percent less than the number of homes sold in Third Quarter 2008 in which 13,853 homes were sold. The average Days on Market was 108, and the average Median Price was $109,175.
