4th Quarter 2009    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has decreased by 1.4 percent compared to Fourth Quarter 2008. In Fourth Quarter 2009 the average cost of a home sold was $143,8979 compared to $145,911 in 2008. Statewide, 11,284 homes were sold in Fourth Quarter 2009. This is 19.3 percent more than the number of homes sold in Fourth Quarter 2008 in which 9,455 homes were sold. The average Days on Market was 110, and the average Median Price was $105,738.
